Nancy: "Mr. Tseung, as I understand it, Lee and you had your Lead Out theory before you even knew about the Sung Inventions. Is that correct?"

Tseung laughed: "Yes. We knew about the Dr. Liang Invention at that time. We had his Marketing Literature. In the Dr. Liang Marketing Literature (110 pages), he used a mixture of Chinese Philosophy of Ying-Yang and Western scientific terms to explain the theory. Lee Cheung Kin and I laughed at his theory and decided to formulate our own."

Richard: "Many scientist would have said that the whole thing was a hoax and leave it at that. What made Lee and you go the extra step?"

Tseung nodded. "This is a very good question. In the Marketing Literature, there was a CD showing the Dr. Liang Car. There were a group of Chinese Officials and some Members of the Chinese Academy of Science. Lee contacted one of his friends, Professor Woo, a retired scientist who helped to develop the first Chinese Atomic Bomb. Professor Woo saw the Car and talked with Dr. Liang personally. He was convinced that the Invention was genuine but the theory was faulty."

Nancy: "The rest was the waking you up from the Hotel by Lee the next morning. Lee showed his pendulum toy and you two worked out the Lee-Tseung Lead Out theory. It was the pulsed oscillation, vibration or rotation that Lead Out gravitational energy."

Tseung: "That is correct. When we could explain the source of energy for the Sung Inventions, we were very happy. We were even happier when we could explain why he could get 400 watts with axle vertical and 20,000 watts with axle horizontal. We knew we could not be wrong."

Nancy: "I believe Lee and you met Dr. Liang in June 2006 and spent a day with him and his team. Can you tell us about that meeting?"

Richard: "When did you know about the Sung and Dr. Liang China Patents?"

Tseung laughed: "As an experienced inventor with previous patents, I searched the patent databases soon after I heard about the Dr. Liang Car in December 2004. Once I saw the diagram of two cylinders with ICs on the Dr. Liang patent, I knew it could not be a hoax. It was a case of pulsed rotation. The Lee-Tseung Lead Out theory was totally confirmed. I studied the Sung patent much later and decided that it was too complex and too inefficient compared with the Dr. Liang Invention."

Richard: "You labelled the Sung Inventions as first and second generations because they were out before the Dr. Liang invention. Is that correct?"

This morning (April 18, 2006) a 47 seat luxury bus and two electric cars left the Chao factory and travel 1,470 kilometers to Beijing. The convoy arrived Beijing in five days to be examined and certified by the China National Car Inspection Center.

The "electric car" consumed 8.02 KWH per 100 kilometer. This translated to RMB 4 (or USD$0.5). The highest speed was 130 km/hr. Distance before recharge was 550 km.

The Journey was monitored by 8 Newspapers and Television Stations including CCTV-10, the Official China Station. An engineer from the China National Car Inspection Center traveled with the convoy for the whole journey.

*** Some comments from Lee Cheung Kin who spent a week working with Chao in early 2007.
(1) Chao and Dr. Liang both worked in the same small town. They and their engineers knew the inventions of one another.
(2) The basic engine of Chao was similar to that of Dr. Liang. It used ICs to pulse rotate the inner cylinder and the axle.
(3) Chao used banks of batteries to overcome the hill-climbing drawback of the Dr. Liang car. On downhill and level road, the banks of batteries were not used.
(4) The recharging of batteries was via attachment in the wheels. The recharging could be adjusted. The consumption rate could have been adjusted to zero. But that would raise the objection of having an impossible perpetual motion machine.
(5) It was a business decision not to fully recharge the batteries so that a production license could be obtained quickly. That decision was correct as the production license was granted 4 months later in August 2006.
(6) Lee met some US investors in his trip. He believed that Chao had no problem with funding.
(7) Lee suggested to Chao the use of the 5th generation Cosmic Energy Machine to replace the banks of batteries.

Investors should be strapped down and gaged with good contracts. Investing is lazy business, there should be risks involved, logic demands it. I can imagine only one kind of stock broker interested in closing their own gold mine....

I tried unzipping the sung.zip file but it contains a .DAT file I don't know what to do with. Sad

Joseph Newman in USA suffered similar fate.

Cosmic Energy Inventors need to go through a course of "insult training". That training develops the skills and the technique of facing unjustified accusation and insults.

(1) Need Intelligent Chip and Integrated Circuit experts to select and program. They will be the technical brain at this stage. Without these experts, the project cannot be started.

(9) May have a battery always connected and recharged by output similar to the battery in a car. The battery will drive the ICs. (or the battery can be removed to convince the skeptics after starting.)
(10) May have a constantly running engine to provide electricity. This is effectively a Cosmic Energy Powered Electricity Generator. Once started, the starting motor can be removed forever. A few light bulbs may be lighted up to continuously draw some energy to avoid zero external load.
(11) Need a way to tilt the axle to demonstrate the reduced output power when axle vertical. This is a very convincing argument that Gravitational Energy is Lead Out.
(12) The more we talk, the more it appears a University Environment is best. Or we should get someone with University Connections in the Forum to help. More than one team is acceptable.

We should ask for Qualified Volunteers from the Forum and ensure that we have the Team to lead the project before starting. A few qualified experts can guide us better than hundreds of posts from unknown sources. (Most casual participants are likely to wait for the Liang or Chao Car/Generator to hit the Market.)
